Xiaoyang Meng

Xiaoyang (“siao-young”) brings multisectoral research experience in environment policy, market research, energy transition, and community engagement to Nelson\Nygaard. He approaches his work with a problem-solving mindset, drawing on his previous roles at non-governmental organizations and the public sector to understand the broader implications of transportation infrastructure on quality of life and community development. He believes in prioritizing community, sustainability, and equity in all this work.
