Sophia Constantine
Sophia’s passion for planning is driven by an understanding that a safe and accessible transportation system directly impacts the lives of all community members in all types of communities. Sophia’s work focuses on the relationships between new and emerging mobility options, accessibility, safety, and sustainability. Her background in smart mobility has steered her forward-thinking approach to creating innovative, accessible transportation options that support walking, biking, and rolling. She has contributed to a variety of comprehensive plans, rural technical assistance programs, zoning policy analyses, innovative mobility frameworks, and inclusive public engagement and co-creation efforts. She also has experience in pilot implementation, including creation of a new agency department and non-profit entity, one-seat ride pilot, means-based fare pilot, and delivery microhub pilot.
