Sarah believes that high quality transit and multimodal options are vital to equitable, resilient, and beautiful places.

Sarah’s passion for planning is driven by an understanding that the built environment can improve quality of life and access to opportunity for all people. Her work focuses on the relationships between transportation, land use, urban design, and sustainability. She uses spatial analysis and design skills to convey ideas that help communities develop context-sensitive, innovative transportation solutions. Sarah’s background in the humanities allows her to bring a holistic, human-centered perspective to her work in planning. She has contributed to a variety of local and regional transit plans, environmental impact analyses, and public engagement efforts. She also has experience in land use and zoning policy analysis, complete streets design, and transportation demand management strategy.
