Paul Leitman

Paul is an enthusiastic and committed transportation planner who likes to bridge the gap between details and the bigger picture. Paul is a generalist and supports a wide array of transportation projects, including transit speed and reliability, transit network planning, crash analysis and safety studies, active transportation investments, and citywide transportation plans. He uses his experience across broad subject areas and his technical skills in data analysis to collaboratively work with various communities to identify solutions and opportunities.

Paul has supported transit network redesigns in Corvallis and Albany, Oregon; safety studies in Grand Rapids, MI, and Orange County, CA; and speed and reliability projects in Portland, Seattle, and Victoria, BC.
