With over a decade of transportation planning experience, he has worked on a wide range of projects, including comprehensive operations analyses, alternatives analyses, transit development plans, corridor plans, and operations and maintenance cost estimations. Nathan’s expertise with data analysis has helped transit agencies implement meaningful service improvements to their systems. Nathan is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a member of the California Planning Association.
