Linette Napalan Phan

Linette brings almost 10 years of experience in marketing and proposal coordination within the AEC and transportation industries. She works as a marketing thought partner with the firm's cities and streets sector and the Los Angeles office, helping to manage proposal responses and strategic pursuits for government agencies of all sizes. Linette helps her team tell compelling stories through engaging narratives and digestible graphics. Before rejoining Nelson\Nygaard, she worked as a proposal manager for Swiftly, Inc., a software company that helps transit agencies improve their service reliability, passenger information, and operational efficiency. During her time at Swiftly, she learned how important it is to gather accurate data to help internal operational staff and to provide real-time information to its riders. She fully understands the importance of having reliable transportation for daily life, and she’s passionate about helping cities and agencies find ways to provide mobility that puts people first. Linette is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
