Lela Cooper

Combining her experience in transportation and environmental issues, Lela implements transportation systems with equity and sustainability at the forefront. Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard, Lela worked in public health research and the environmental sector. She is interested in the intersection between sustainable transportation, improving community well-being, and furthering equitable transit access. Lela has experience managing outreach programs with diverse audiences and educating people about their transportation options to help them get the most out of their commutes.
