Keaton knows the importance of marrying the insights gleaned from community engagement with the findings from thorough quantitative analysis to inform transit network redesigns and long-range plans. He is a specialist in service planning, bus stop design, and transit funding. He finds satisfaction in leveraging his expertise to make transit and the public realm more equitable, accessible, safe, and efficient. Previously, Keaton worked as an internal consultant for New York City Transit to streamline and forecast operations and hiring practices on the city’s most crowded lines.
