Jolene Holland
Jolene believes safe and accessible transportation uplifts communities. Her work reflects her commitment to making transportation accessible to all by building systems that support walking, biking, and riding transit. She brings a context-sensitive and collaborative approach to clients seeking to build safe, healthy, and equitable communities. Jolene welcomes the always-present competition for right-of-way space with strategic advocacy for the street’s most vulnerable users. Her multimodal planning and engagement leadership experience extends across safety action planning in Honolulu; campus mobility hub planning with North Central Texas Council of Governments; bikeshare strategic planning, service standards development, and Equitable TOD with CapMetro; and bike campus planning with Penn State.
