Jess supports Nelson\Nygaard’s West Coast offices with efficient processes and fun events.

Jess is the Administrative Assistant for the West Coast offices, including Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Austin. They’ve worked in the A&E industry for the last six years in a variety of roles, giving them a well-rounded approach to administrative support. Jess loves to create and maintain systems of protocol and process to make their colleague’s lives easier.

When they are not ordering office supplies and snacks for each of their offices, Jess often wears the event planner hat, their other true passion. From staff lunches to holiday parties, no event is too big or small for them to handle.

When not in the office, Jess plays D&D, reads and writes speculative fiction, and hopes to be a published author one day.
