Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in transportation planning and policy, with an emphasis on master plans, multimodal corridors, and strategic visioning. A creative thinker with a passion for building great cities, she understands the connection between the places we live, the ways we get around, and our individual and community health.
Jennifer is one of the firm's leaders in integrated transportation planning and complete networks and is highly skilled at strategic planning, equity framework development, and executive-level facilitation. Jennifer uses innovative approaches to engage stakeholders and shape plans and projects that best meet the needs of your community.
At a time when the intersection of transportation and public health has never been more critical, Jennifer's background in both fields gives her a deep understanding of how transportation impacts the health and equity of our communities. She puts this knowledge to work for her clients and is currently leading cross-disciplinary projects in Seattle, Nashville, and Maui.
In her role as Nelson\Nygaard's Managing Director, Jennifer guides the firm's strategic direction and leads our day-to-day operations in partnership with our Management Team.
