Franky Mabalatan
Franky understands that transportation is not just one thing for one person. Driven by his passion for social equity and community development, Franky’s work centers the transportation needs of diverse community members and focuses on ways to improve quality of life for all. Since starting at Nelson\Nygaard, Franky has used his skills in visual communication and design, community engagement and collaboration, and spatial analysis to provide transportation solutions that create fulfilling community environments. He has contributed to local and regional transit plans, public engagement efforts, and transportation demand analyses. Franky also has experience with municipal codes analysis and stakeholder interviews.
