Ezra improves the connections between regional transit and local institutions.

With nationwide experience in municipal, regional, and statewide policymaking, Ezra channels a passion for providing safe and effective transportation options for people of all ages and abilities. Ezra’s expertise is rooted in interpreting government accessibility standards and transit-oriented planning practices. At Nelson\Nygaard, Ezra leads a variety of projects and tasks, including policy analysis, transit coordination, parking behavior data collection, zoning code reform guidance, and entitlement support for transit-oriented developments.  

Previously, Ezra was a management and budget analyst for the New York City Parks Department, a consultant for the San Francisco Foundation, and a research fellow for Reconnecting America.
