Evan Mancini

Evan believes that high quality public transit builds healthier cities. He specializes in paratransit projects that improve on-time performance and eligibility evaluations, as well as bus service projects that increase bus speeds and optimize transit networks. Evan uses data storytelling, market analysis maps, and community engagement to prioritize the needs of bus and paratransit riders and improve transportation equity. His work on the RIPTA Paratransit Statewide Expansion Study helped lawmakers make data-driven decisions about network development. Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard, Evan was a Transit Budget Analyst with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, where he oversaw financial contributions to the MTA’s paratransit program and analyzed systemwide capital procurement requests.
