Emily has 15 years of experience in urban planning, applying a sustainable lens to all her work. She brings dedication, organization, and thoughtfulness to managing and supporting active transportation and public transit projects across the U.S. Emily loves to connect with the clients and communities in which she works. In D.C., Emily has played integral roles in significant local projects, including the joint DDOT-National Parks Service 15th Street Cycletrack project, DDOT's DC Safe Routes to School Planning Assistance program, the DC Sustainable Transportation Coalition's preliminary study on decongestion pricing, and the American Cities Climate Challenge-funded project to support design and planning for four transit priority corridors.
Emily's passion for active transportation led her to participate in citizens advisory groups in Santa Fe, NM, and Washington, DC.
