Colleen Andrews, PE

With a background in land development and water resources, Colleen brings a multifaceted approach to transportation engineering. Her land development experience enables her to work within the constraints of any given project site and to consider how each site works within the context of its surroundings, both existing and future. Her technical expertise includes designing for residential, commercial, and industrial uses and in taking projects from initial concept through final construction. Having grown up in the Chesapeake Bay watershed, Colleen is committed to responsible stormwater management design.
