Chris believes great data makes for great decisions.

Chris brings 30 years of experience in data, modeling, and analytics. He builds and applies data and forecasting models at the site, project, corridor, and system levels.  

Chris offers recent experience working with next-generation tools such as activity-based models, dynamic traffic assignment, and freight commodity flows and supply chains. He designs and deploys household travel behavior surveys, integrates land use and transportation models, and develops model-adjacent tools designed to inform policy questions around equity, climate, and safety.

Chris also brings over 20 years of experience working in the public sector. He managed the modeling teams for the Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR, MPOs. This experience gives Chris an intimate understanding of the unique needs that face public-sector clients in the delivery of their analysis, tools, and work programs.
