Charlie believes in the fundamental ability of transportation systems to promote happy, healthy, and equitable communities.

Charlie is committed to projects, programs, and policies that enhance equitable mobility and a healthy environment, and he works to move our cities and neighborhoods closer to transportation justice every day. With a background in urban and environmental planning, Charlie has extensive experience on a wide array of public infrastructure projects and private and non-profit land use developments.

From transportation management planning for major public transit projects in downtown San Francisco to corridor-level parking and pedestrian realm projects in Los Angeles County and transit corridor analysis in San Diego’s Pacific Beach neighborhood, Charlie has led and supported projects across California’s major metropolitan regions. He has diverse qualitative and quantitative skill sets, with an emphasis on transportation demand management planning, traffic impact analysis, parking demand management, VMT assessment, and sidewalk management.
