Asif Haque
Asif helps clients make thorough, thoughtful, and data-driven planning decisions. He is fascinated by the connections people have with cities, held together by the bonds of transportation networks. Asif is intrigued by how transportation and related investments facilitate healthier, stronger relationships between people and places. Asif’s range of skills includes geospatial analysis, statistical analysis, data visualization and storytelling, writing and research, community engagement, and quantitative and qualitative analysis at large. He is involved with a variety of transit and active transportation and safety projects, supporting efforts such as project prioritization, evaluation, and cost estimating.
Before joining Nelson\Nygaard, Asif served public agencies in planning, research, public involvement, data science, and transportation roles. He engaged in local and statewide projects and helped progress plans and policies at similar scales, seeing actions and ideas come to fruition.
