Andrew focuses on providing effective and meaningful transportation demand management solutions through employee engagement and commute programming.

With a background in community outreach and development, Andrew tailors solutions to individual transportation circumstances, facilitates impactful employee education, and designs non-SOV commute tools. Andrew implements TDM at large employers to make commuting a benefit rather than a barrier and to shift employees into sustainable modes. His sweet spot is the intersection of program implementation, public engagement, and policy.

Before joining Nelson\Nygaard, Andrew worked on business-to-business relationship management, as well as social media and digital marketing. He has an active role in the City of Seattle’s bicycle and pedestrian community as a core member of Seattle Neighborhood Greenways since 2015.
