Adija Manley

Adija is passionate about providing people with options for reaching the places they want to go. She finds ways to make buses work better for people, connecting them to the places they want to be and giving them the sense of freedom and agency that accessible and equitable mobility bestows. Adija’s analytical, research, writing, and public-engagement skills have been instrumental in transit network redesigns in Westchester County, NY; Harrisburg, PA; and Champaign-Urbana, IL. Her multimodal expertise includes parking management and complete streets projects throughout the U.S. Adija has also supported campus mobility projects in Santa Clara, CA; Huntsville, AL; and Indianapolis, IN.
