With her prior work experience at NACTO, King County Metro, and SFMTA, Kate has a wealth of expertise in bus rapid transit, federal transit policy, transit operations, complete streets, and congestion pricing.
Kate prioritizes elevating the experience of bus riders and addressing the barriers to accessing reliable transit. While at NACTO, Kate was the lead author of Move! That! Bus! Tactics for Transforming Transit in Two Years, an action plan for improving bus service and curbing transportation emissions.
