Jesus joined Nelson\Nygaard after completing his Master of Urban and Regional Planning at UCLA. Previously, he was a planning intern for the Transit Division at the City of Pasadena, CA, where he successfully developed a data-management tool and carried out several transit data analyses, including ridership, on-time performance, and corridor studies. His experience riding transit in different cities provides him with a distinct perspective of transit issues, allowing for more context-sensitive solutions.
