Esther has over five years of experience applying R, data visualization, and geospatial analysis to transportation planning projects. She uses a data-driven approach to improve mobility and community connectivity through efficient transit systems and active transportation networks. Esther has evaluated transit corridors in San Francisco, visualized transit delay in Portland, and analyzed the Columbia Gorge Express transit service. Previously, Esther worked with the Governments of Antigua and Barbuda and Guyana to improve GIS and data management. She also facilitated a project to create more efficient school bus routes with the Philadelphia School District and has worked with cities to upload bicycle infrastructure data into OpenStreetMap.
