Collyn believes in designing transit and multimodal solutions that work for diverse groups of people, and she brings experience across private, public, non-profit and academic sectors to accelerate shifts to more sustainable, affordable, and accessible mobility. Collyn has worked on fare redesign, rapid transit expansion, and community-based multimodal transportation planning in Vancouver and Boston. She is skilled in designing processes that build trust with those historically left out of decision-making roles.
Collyn has a background in data analysis, GIS, design, and research, which she uses to develop equitable development and climate resilience policies. In previous roles, Collyn has worked on regional transportation projects in Metro Vancouver, developed nationally recognized data tools for climate infrastructure, and researched the economic and spatial impacts of emerging mobility solutions at MIT.
