Anish specializes in active transportation and transit service planning. He is passionate about the role of transportation systems in shaping the built environment and creating transportation options that are equitable. Anish is a graduate of the Master of City and Regional Planning program at Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. While there, he focused on the application of data science and big data in planning. Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard in 2019, Anish worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center, where he led the research to develop a quantitative spatial index to evaluate equity in bikeshare programs in the United States.
