Will Rodman is an authority on paratransit and other demand-response transportation services that enhance access and mobility.

Will has more than 35 years of experience in transportation planning and leads the firm’s Boston office. Will is nationally recognized as an expert in planning, evaluating, and implementing: paratransit and rural transportation services, coordinated human services transportation, mobility management strategies, and regulations for taxis and on-demand services. He has led more than 100 such projects across the US.

Will was appointed by the governor to the Massachusetts Paratransit Commission. Will is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics related to his areas of expertise. He is a member of the TRB’s Paratransit Committee and Rural & Inter-City Bus Committee, and is Chair of the latter’s Research Subcommittee.
