Ralph has more than 17 years of experience, with a history of successfully implementing a variety of transportation projects in challenging environments. He specializes in working with business, resident, and stakeholder groups on complex integrated transportation issues to find solutions that win both community and agency support. Ralph has developed parking management plans, coordinated improvements on important bus routes at multiple scales, and led roadway and intersection design efforts from Boston to Columbus, IN.

Informed by 10 years experience as Senior Transportation Planner in the City of Boston’s Transportation Department, Ralph has broad-based transportation planning experience, with an understanding of the integration of transportation modes, designs, and policies to achieve desired goals. He has led and implemented all of transportation plans, policies, initiatives and designs. His deep understanding of integrated transportation issues has also been employed in developing university transportation plans, plans for Bus Rapid Transit corridors coordinating with Health Impact Assessments, and taxi industry studies.
