Paul has more than 20 years experience in fixed-route planning, operations, transit center evaluations, and passenger amenity evaluations for mid-to-large systems in large and small cities. He is an expert at developing transportation systems and strategies for national parks, including in Muir Woods, Zion, Arches, and Mesa Verde national parks. Renowned for helping agencies reduce costs and building consensus, he led the groundbreaking bus rapid transit and long range plans in Arizona.
Paul became the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and assumed the title of President in 2014. Under Paul’s guidance the firm has grown from five offices, 70 employees, and $9 million in annual revenue to seven offices, more than 120 employees, and nearly $20 million in annual revenue.
