Melissa Kim works to improve transit systems to build more equitable and livable communities.

Melissa has more than three years of experience working on transportation development plans and corridor studies in the United States and abroad. She has worked in both rural and urban settings, creating context-sensitive recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transit systems. Her technical skills include data analysis, survey development, and GIS.

Previously, Melissa interned for EMBARQ India, conducting a bus corridor study for Navi Mumbai, India and assisting in the development of the Mumbai Bus Rapid Transit System Feasibility Report.
