Kelsey is experienced in a variety of planning efforts from long-range policy work to active transportation and environmental planning. She brings strong communication, writing, policy, and analysis skills to improve mobility choices for all. Her approach is to view transportation as an opportunity to help make communities great places to work and live while finding creative solutions to complex issues.
Kelsey is passionate about pursuing equitable, environmentally sound, and diverse transportation systems. She has conducted research, generated graphics, and supported large writing and community engagement efforts for projects ranging from multimodal plans to parking studies. From her previous work in the public and private sectors, Kelsey developed strong project management and community engagement skills.
