As with many successful companies, LinkedIn needed more space to handle the growth of the company. They are managing growth by supporting many choices for how employees travel to and from work.
Nelson\Nygaard is working directly with the company in developing, expanding, and refining its Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program. The program encompasses all facets of employee transportation to, from, between, and within campuses, including free Caltrain passes, commuter buses, Caltrain and intercampus shuttles, a bicycle program, a ridesharing and vanpooling program, and design of the campus parking and traffic circulation.
Nelson\Nygaard staff also are performing all project management tasks related to the comprehensive TDM program, managing direct employee communications, human resources coordination, and relationships with vendors, regional planning entities, and industry groups.
